Reunions Made Simple is a California-based reunion planning company assisting high
school reunion committees state-wide with their reunion planning needs. Reunions Made
Simple handles the planning and details of the reunion, allowing reunion committee
members to enjoy the event.
In order to locate alumni and plan reunion events, Reunions Made Simple collects data
on high school classmates. Reunions Made Simple values the privacy and security

The Information We Collect from You
Reunions Made Simple allows you to conveniently register for your high school reunion
through our Web site. We collect your personal information only if you decide to purchase
one of our products or services, participate in one of our contests or surveys or transact
other business with us. In order to process your transactions and provide you with quality
customer service, we need your full name and current and/or billing address, your email
address (so we can contact you) and, if you purchase one of our products or services, and a
valid credit card number.

Reunions Made Simple takes precautions to secure your personal information. If and when
we ask you to provide your personal information, we will do so through a Web page that
uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This protocol provides security for your
information by encrypting it as it travels from your computer to our computer. We then
move all of the personal information that we collect or obtain about you to a special
computer for security purposes by means of a one-way transfer on our proprietary network.
This special computer is not connected to the Internet, and Reunions Made Simple has
controls in place to limit access to and secure the data maintained therein.

Reunions Made Simple will use your postal and email addresses in order to update you
about the status of your reunion, both before and after the event. All information
concerning alumni shall remain confidential and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly,
by Reunions Made Simple for its own business purposes or for any other purpose, except
and solely to the extent that any such information is consented by the alumni for
inclusion in the Memory Book.
Updating Your Personal Information and Email Preferences
You can correct or update at any time the personal information that you provided and that
we maintain on you by selecting the update address link on the Reunions Made Simple
home page.
Notification of Changes to this Privacy Statement
Reunions Made Simple may amend this Privacy Statement at any time, but will notify users in
advance of any material change, by posting a notice of the change in a prominent position
on the Reunions Made Simple Web site.
The Use of Cookies
Reunions Made Simple uses "cookies," which are pieces of information
