What options does our commitee have when it comes to planning a reunion?
Depending on the size of your graduating class, Reunions Made Simple
offers two options. For classes of 400 or more, we offer full service events. For classes of less than 400,
we offer a partial service option.
How much money will the committee have to pay?
Absolutely nothing! Reunions Made Simple
covers all deposits, down payments, and other fees required in advance,
so your committee can keep their pocketbooks to themselves.
What responsibilities will the reunion committee have?
It's up to you-your committee members can be
as involved as you like. If you are excited to provide lots of input,
we encourage it! However, if you'd rather leave the planning to us,
that's fine, too. At the start of the planning process, Reunions Made
Simple will ask for information about your class, which you can find
in your commencement program or yearbook. Oftentimes, committees enjoy
gathering memorabilia such as old photos and sports uniforms to display
at the event. Another fun task is the creation of a presentation for reunion
night- including an awards ceremony (which is often the highlight of the evening)!
Who makes the important decisions about location, menu, and entertainment?
The reunion committee has the say when it comes to the big decisions. Reunions Made Simple works with your committee to discover the tone and feeling that you want your reunion to have. Then, we make suggestions that we think will allow for the most successful event possible.
How is the ticket price determined?
Reunions Made Simple determines the ticket price based on the cost of the facility, the menu that you choose, and the entertainment. In addition to these variables, there are fixed costs that are also built into the ticket price, including classmates searches, mailings, staffing, and décor.
How do we find all of our classmates?
Not a concernReunions Made Simple will locate your classmates for you. Using the latest search technology, we scan the entire nation in order to successfully get in touch with your classmates.
When do we need to start planning our reunion?
While it's never too early to start planning for your reunion, Reunions Made Simple recommends starting six to 12 months in advance. Just contact us to begin the processit's simple!
